The following developments were heard by the 25th Ward Zoning Advisory Board (ZAB) or will be on the next agenda. The 25th Ward ZAB meets bi-monthly or as needed in order to provide feedback to the Alderman on proposed projects.

El solicitante desea rehabilitar un edificio de ladrillo de dos plantas recientemente adquirido que necesita reparaciones. Actualmente 5 unidades en el sitio, uno de los cuales no es conforme.
