The ongoing challenges of parking that residents have experienced throughout the years across the 25th ward has led our office to update prerequisites for Letters of Exception, especially for our Pilsen residents. We want to ensure we remain as accommodating as possible for the constituents of this ward. Therefore, our office has updated the guidelines for those that will be eligible to renew their letter of exception or apply for an LOE. Below you will find the new eligibility requirements for obtaining a LOE from our office.

• Address provided must be a corner building with no more than 4 units within the building
• Residential zone requested must be located at the adjacent street to the address provided
• For buildings with 5+ units, please call our office
