We ask that the petitioner return the completed application to our office at least one week prior to your event. 

If you are interested in having a bouncy house at your block party, the Jumping Jack program (https://www.chicago.gov/city/en/depts/dca/provdrs/markets_and_neighborhoodprograms/svcs/svc1.html)  will provide one at no cost to the applicant. Reservations are first come, first serve. 

The Chicago Fire Department can also bring a fire truck to your block party to engage with kids and provide fire safety information! Please call our office at 773-523-4100 or email us at Ward25@cityofchicago.org to make this request at least 2 weeks prior to your block party.
